About gearbox :
ZLYJ gearbox sequence are transmission products, which are specially designed for one-screw extruder with higher precision, tough gear surface, accompany with thrust. Adopting the technical specs stipulated in JB/T9050.1-1999, all ZLYJ gearboxes are designed appropriately.
Principal Features:
1. The content of gear is the large energy alloy steel, it is manufactured by carburizing, quenching (and EPT warmth treatment method), gringding approach at final. The gear is in large precison ( 6 quality ) and large hardness ( reaches HRC54-sixty two). Besides, it features low noise when functioning.
2. It includes substantial bearing capability thrust, which is executed reliable and can endure larger axial thrust.
3. All the objects are treated by forced lubrication and cooling program apart from very few tiny specification items.
four. ZLYJ sequence gearbox is adopted by six-aspect processing box. Its typical set up is horizontal, but can also be changed to vertical installation according to customer’s requirment.
